7-Day Return Window: You have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all Evening Gowns and Lingerie are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • It must have its original tags attached.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Unless we were at fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If we made an error, we will provide a return shipping label to the email address you provided.

  • Evening Wear and Lingerie
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
